Umut Mete Saka started dancing tango at Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. His student activity soon became his passion which led him to take incalculable classes from local and international tango maestros. Together with his passion to teach, Mete started instructing tango to students in his college in 2017 and ran the student organization for four years where he had shared his tango experience to more than 250 students. Additionally, he got invited as a performer and DJ to numerous events, organized major festivals, tango concerts and milongas. Mete is pursuing his PhD studies at School of Mines, in Computer Science.
