Annual Birthday Milonga and Fundraiser
Kicking off Parasol Arts’ 15th year of sharing the joy and passion of Argentine Tango, we are holding a special fundraising event at the Park Hill UMC at 1195 Newport St, Denver 80220 on Saturday August 22nd.
Starting at 7pm, world renowned Argentine Tango dancer, teacher and artist Donato Juarez will be teaching a class suitable for all levels. No partner is required, and the cost is $15 per person.
Following the class at 8pm Donato will DJ for the Birthday Milonga and keep you dancing until 11:30pm. There will be cocktails, delicious snacks as well as bubbles and cake to celebrate August birthdays and Parasol Arts’ 14th anniversary! Non tango dancers are also welcome to attend.
The Milonga is “by donation” with a suggested amount of $25 but it’s up to you how much you can donate to help fund Parasol Arts exciting season. We look forward to seeing you there!
