Sarah Genung

Sarah Genung has been dancing tango since 2005 but has been dancing in some capacity since she could walk. Whether it was growing up with ballet, belly dancing in restaurants or capoeira in the streets dance has always been an essential part of her life. She has danced in Parasol Arts’ productions of “Carmen the Tango” in 2018 and 2019, in “The Seasons” in 2020 and 2021, and “Tango Portraits of Love” in 2019 and 2022. She also placed 8th in the USA National Tango competition in 2021 with Ervey Castillo. In addition to being a dancer Sarah is also a tango DJ who loves spinning tunes at festivals and milongas both in Colorado and across the country.
