Gregory Gonzales

Gregory Gonzales is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Sports Fitness/ Kinesiology and Dance. He has trained in many styles of dance and danced professionally in modern, ballet, opera and musical theater genres. Gregory was a principal dancer for the Colorado Ballet and also a choreographer in residence. He has created work for several professional companies, musical theater, opera, universities and high-schools. Tango is also a passion of Gregory’s and he has worked with and created for Tango Colorado and Parasol Arts. He also plays guitar and is learning the bandoneon for the Orquesta Tipica Natural Tango. Gregory was a recipient of the Legends of Dance Award 2019 from the Dance Archive University of Denver. Most importantly, Gregory feels that art and the experience of it is what makes us uniquely human and is a central element of our development as human beings.
